Exhibit Times & Dismantle
Exhibitors may set up on Friday, July 17 from 3pm-5pm. All exhibits must be set up by 7:00am on Saturday morning. Please do not dismantle prior to 3:00pm on Saturday.
Lodging:

Registration Deadline
Register by June 26, 2026 to ensure that your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registrations received after June 26, 2026 are not guaranteed to be included in printed materials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before June 26, 2026 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after June 26, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing to MAPS@badgerbay.co
