The Midwestern Association of Plastic Surgeons 2026 Call for Abstracts is NOW OPEN!
This year’s meeting will take place at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago on July 17-19, 2026.

Criteria

• Abstracts are limited to a maximum of 750 words
• One abstract per person
• The cover letter should include title, author’s name, institution or organization, email address, mailing address, phone number and indicate if the submission is by a  Resident, Physician or Student
• Abstract submissions should also include a current CV
• Presenter must be located at a Medical School or Residency in the membership region to be accepted for an oral presentation.
• Submission must be received no later than Monday, March 2, 2026.

Selection
After the deadline, the committee will review all abstracts and select those to be presented at the 64th Annual Scientific Meeting. You will be notified by email regarding your abstract status in April 2026.

Presentation
Those who submitted abstracts that are chosen to be presented will be expected to attend the conference to give their presentation in-person. The event schedule is still being finalized. (Those not selected to present may be selected to display their abstract virtually in the conference app, Whova).

Registration
All persons presenting papers will be required to pay registration fees & complete a CME disclosure.
